Using the earnings from his first transfer fee, he took his initial step into entrepreneurship by opening a bar at the Antalya Marina—an early sign of his instinct for business development and community-driven ventures.

As he moved to the United Kingdom, Deniz transitioned into luxury retail and founded Arcadia Cigars Group, transforming it into one of the country’s most uniquely positioned boutique cigar houses. His approach blends quiet luxury, cultural sensitivity, and a deep appreciation for artisanal craftsmanship.

Over the years, his entrepreneurial work evolved into a broader leadership identity one that merges business, research, diplomacy, and community impact.
